A. The resale certificate must be your state approved form indicating that your company is exempt from paying sales tax on any purchase. (Some states refer to these as Sales & Use Tax Certificate of Exemption, Resale Exemption Certificate, Certificate of Resale, etc.). Please note that Inmar is not responsible for any sales tax for product sold to consumers by your company or to the company/buyer to whom you resell the product.
